All packages are based on a set number of tasks and estimated time. Packages do not include unlimited tasks. Tasks outside of the agreed scope may require an add-on or upgraded package.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround times are based on business days (Monday- Friday). Rush requests may be subject to an additional fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is required before work begins. Services are non-refundable once work has started.

Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions based on the package selected. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide clear instructions, access, and necessary materials in a timely manner. Delays in providing information may affect turnaround time.

Independent Contractor Status

Thais Mirage Corps operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client.

No Guarantee of Business Results

While every effort is made to provide quality support, Thais Mirage Corps is not responsible for the success or performance of a client's business.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding balances must be paid in full.
